The Peachtree & Bennett appraisal staff meet the standards of the American Society of Appraisers and Internal Revenue Service. We apply Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) to all of our work. Our knowledge, experience and integrity guarantee only the most thorough of appraisals.

The sale is held on your premises, typically over two to three days. We will organize and stage items to spotlight the importance of each piece.  Our knowledgeable staff will price items and offer reasonable discounts as needed. Unlike other estate sale companies, we are not forced to “get rid” of items, nor do we offer aggressive discounts below market value. We will provide all supplies and resources needed for the sale (i.e., showcases, folding tables, etc.)
We arrange for on-site security, as well as for professional movers and delivery services to assist customers.

After the estate sale>>>

Because of our extensive buyer’s list, our sales are well-attended and virtually every item sells. However, we will not sell your merchandise below fair market value. We have flexible policies regarding items that do not sell.

They can be sold through our regular monthly auction or donated to charity, either by you or through Peachtree & Bennett. Peachtree & Bennett Past Online Auction Catalogs.

A detailed statement, including an electronic copy of each transaction, will be provided along with the sale proceeds six business days after the sale.

r commission rates are highly competitive and are normally determined by quality or quantity of the consignment. Large consignments or individual items of substantial value will typically carry a lower rate for the customer. However, our rates are flexible and can be adjusted to client’s needs.

Included in the commission rates are expenses for photography, research, cataloging, online listings, trucking, and all sale related costs. You will never be charged a hidden fee at Peachtree & Bennett.

Checks will be made payable to Peachtree & Bennett, and we will assume responsibility for all collection. In the event of a returned check, we will honor the check to the seller and pursue collection with the buyer.
